Sai Silks Kalamandir
Andhra Pradesh-based ethnic apparel and value-fashion products retailer, Sai Silks Kalamandir, is also set to list shares on the stock market on the same day. The final issue price is Rs 222 per share.
Infosys
Infosys, the country’s second-largest IT services provider, has announced a collaboration with Microsoft to develop industry-leading solutions. The partnership aims to leverage Infosys’ Topaz and Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service and Azure Cognitive Services. Container Corporation of India

IT company 3i Infotech has secured a contract worth Rs 39.55 crore from Ujjivan Small Finance Bank for end-user support service (workplace services). The contract is valid for a period of 5 years, starting from October 1, 2023, with the option to extend it with mutual agreement.

Kolkata-headquartered integrated metal producer, Shyam Metalics and Energy, has entered the energy storage sector to manufacture battery-grade aluminum foil for Lithium-ion cell production. The production of battery-grade aluminum foil is a critical component in the manufacturing of Lithium-ion cells.
Suzlon Energy
Dilip Shanghvi and Associates have terminated their agreement with Suzlon Energy in accordance with the terms of the agreement. As a result, Hiten Timbadia, the investor group’s nominee director, resigned from the company’s board. The termination of the agreement will not impact the company’s operations.
Century Textiles and Industries
Subsidiary Birla Estates has sold out phase 1 of Birla Trimaya within 36 hours of its launch. The booking value of the 556 units booked amounts to Rs 500 crore. Birla Trimaya is a 52-acre land parcel located in North Bangalore and is a joint partnership with M S Ramaiah Realty LLP.
Prataap Snacks
The GST Authority has conducted a search and seizure at Prataap Snacks’ manufacturing unit in Bengaluru under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (CGST Act).
