The investment will be disbursed in three equal installments over the next three quarters. HotelYaari was founded in May 2023 by Janardan Tiwari, former Founder and CEO of DataTrained. The platform allows the middle class to invest in holiday homes and hotel suites through fractional ownership. This concept is similar to popular models like Pacasso in the US and Kocomo in Mexico, which make property ownership more affordable for individuals who cannot purchase whole properties.
